Nice article. Took me ages to find. Dojo docs are #king useless I must say. Anything that has an article saying “actually a lot of people ask this” clearly has bad docs. Why not add this note to the docs – what does “close()” do? Put it in the docs.
See php.net for sensible docs. The comments are useful, but also the docs are well written.
